Before I became a therapist...

I worked in diverse mental health care settings, including

  • Supporting youth on multi-day wilderness trips

  • Working with adults in an addiction recovery centre

  • Supporting young parents with mental health and life skills

  • Collaborating with youth and adults with diverse-abilities

  • Practicing massage therapy

  • Ongoing professional trainings

  • Regular peer supervision

  • Doing my own work...I go to therapy regularly and sit in circles and ceremonies to nurture my own healing and growth
