20-Minute Video/Phone Consultations

Free! I want you to feel confident in choosing to work with me. Consultations offer an opportunity to ask any questions you have and for you to sense if we would be a good fit.

Individual Counselling (in-person, online or by telephone)

(Adults aged 18+)

$150 per 55-minute session

$225 per 85-minute session

Couples Counselling (in-person, online or by telephone)

$165 per 55-minute session

$247 per 85-minute session

Nature-Based Therapy

$150 per 55-minute session

$225 per 85-minute session

I also offer group-based therapeutic backcountry skiing and rock climbing programs throughout the year, co-facilitated by a certified ACMG guide. Please email me directly if you're interested in learning more about these offerings.

Payment Policies

I graciously accept payment by e-transfer or cash.

Many extended health coverage plans will cover the services of Registered Social Workers with their Master in Social Work. I would be happy to assist you with checking if your individual insurance plan covers my services.

Upon receiving and processing your payment, I will email you an invoice, which you can then submit to your insurance provider.

I am a registered First Nations Health Authority provider and offer direct billing for FNHA.
